Be guided by our team of lecturers who are experienced commissioning technicians as you learn how to commission refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and work with today's computer controlled HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems. A comprehensive training program covers AHU's (Air Handling Units), VAVs (Variable Air Volume systems), Chillers, Cooling Towers and ancillary equipment. You'll learn your way around a Building Management System and gain knowledge of air balance, water balance and how to fully install, commission and optimise a VAV-AHU.

The course incorporates working with the latest computing technologies, performing engineering measurements and working with commercial/industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

This is a nationally recognised qualification that will make you job ready for supervisory roles such as HVAC Site Supervisor and HVAC Commissioning Technician.
