.When you complete the Certificate III in Patisserie you will have the skills to work as a patissier or pastry chef in a patisserie, restaurant or hotel.
Study in specialised facilitiesLearn in the real-life setting of our award-winning Bentley Pines Training Restaurant. which provides a live, interactive training environment at Bentley campus. Students can gain hands-on experience serving and preparing food for members of the public, as well as showcasing their skills planning a menu and advertising special events to the community.

Entrance requirements for apprenticeshipsYou must be employed in a training contract by an appropriate organisation to study an apprenticeship or traineeship.
An apprenticeship involves full time work with an employer who provides an opportunity to learn all aspects of a trade. This is a structured program for a fixed period of time and while you learn on the job, you also attend off the job training at SM TAFE.
