This qualification will provide students with the practical skills and knowledge to apply pesticides and carry out appropriate pest management treatments for domestic and commercial properties.

This course is for existing workers who are currently and actively employed in the Urban Pest Management industry. It will provide you with the skills to apply for a full pest management license.

Entry requirements

School Leaver Non-School Leaver AQF
OLNA or NAPLAN 9 Band 8 C Grades in Year 10 English and Maths or equivalent Certificate I or Certificate II

To be able to study this course, you must have a valid Western Australia Pest Management Technician License (Provisional Technician) card.

If you do not, you will need to complete the Manage Pests by Applying Pesticides skill set.
