Completion of the Diploma of Leadership and Management opens up a range of further study options and it may give you advanced standing towards a university degree.

This course is not suitable for school leavers as students should have a significant employment history with some experience in high-level administration or staff supervision to better relate to the course content.
School leavers may wish to consider commencing with the Certificate IV in Business as a pathway into the Diploma.
