About this course

This qualification aims to provide the skills and knowledge you need to perform in various roles in the conservation and ecosystem management field, such as Indigenous land management, ecosystem restoration, rehabilitation and renewal, conservation works, parks and wildlife management and administration.

During this course you will develop an understanding of river restoration works, conduct biological surveys, plant identification, design an ecological restoration project, develop a management plan for a designated area and conduct field work.

Entry requirements

Completion of WACE General or ATAR (Minimum C Grades) or equivalent Completion of WACE General or ATAR or equivalent (minimum C Grades) Certificate III

Please note selected campuses require you to hold a Certificate III or IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Managment or similar to be accepted into this course.
