If you see yourself in a leadership position, then our Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Management will provide you with the skills and knowledge to maximise your potential as a manager and leader. This course will give you a solid foundation in business management and leadership in the 21st century. This degree covers human resources, technology, innovation, international business, organisational development, financial management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, ethical business practices and business planning.
Academic requirements for this program are outlined below. In addition, to be eligible for admission, all applicants need to satisfy the Minimum University Admission Requirements outlined. These include those relating to minimum age and English Language Proficiency. We also consider your application more broadly - your non-academic achievements (such as any previous leadership roles, volunteering, work, church and/or community involvement) as well as personal qualities - your aspirations and interests and your capacity to complete your chosen program. Applicants with Vocational Education and Training (VET) study
Applicants with Work and Life Experience
Applicants who left secondary education more than two years previously and who have not undertaken VET or higher education study since may be considered for direct entry. This includes applicants who have completed Steiner, Montessori or home school curriculums. To qualify, applicants must be 20 years of age as at 1 March in the year of intake and meet one or more of the following:

A University of Notre Dame Australia Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Management will provide you with a solid knowledge base to anticipate, manage and facilitate change in a challenging and rapidly evolving business environment. You can study for the degree full-time for three years or the equivalent part-time.
Throughout this three-year undergraduate degree, you will receive the benefits of small class sizes and dedicated lecturers and tutors with broad industry experience. You will also complete projects that are based on real case studies.
As part of your degree, you will be required to undertake 150 hours of practical experience in a working environment. The Business Internship program allows you to apply your theoretical knowledge in the business environment. You will also receive seminars on career planning and professional development and presentations by industry leaders from major global corporations.
Graduates of this program can follow diverse career paths in the private and public sectors; the following careers are open to graduates: business leader, government advisor, mining executive, and entrepreneur.
