TRACKS is a tertiary preparation program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who would like to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake undergraduate studies at UNE.
Entry Requirements

Admission to the TRACKS tertiary preparation program will be open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates:

(a) who are not admissible to a course and who intend to seek admission to an undergraduate course; or

(b) who state that completion of this enabling course will make them better qualified to undertake an undergraduate degree and who intend to seek admission to an undergraduate degree; or

(c) who have unsuccessfully attempted an undergraduate course previously and who state that completion of this enabling course will make them better qualified to undertake an undergraduate course.

The Pathways Enabling Course is a program of study for students with limited or no educational background for admission to an undergraduate course at UNE.
Entry Requirements

1. Admission to the Pathways Enabling Course will be open to candidates who are not admissible to a course and who intend to seek admission to an undergraduate course; or

2. Candidates:

(a) who have not successfully completed a course leading to an award of the University; and

(b) who state that completion of this Enabling Course will make them better prepared to undertake an undergraduate course; and

(c) who intend to seek admission to an undergraduate course.

* have been recommended by their School Principal.

This VET pathway degree is specifically designed for applicants who have completed either the VET Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology, the Advanced Diploma of Fashion and Textiles Merchandising or the two-year Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising.

Admission pathways Applicants must have completed either the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology (LMT60307), the Advanced Diploma of Fashion and Textiles Merchandising (LMT60507) or the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising (MST60116).

Offered in collaboration with TAFE SA*, this industry-focused degree combines practical skills with theoretical knowledge for an excellent outcome. You will learn about garment construction, patternmaking, drawing and design as well as academic and professional communication and marketing.
Entry Requirements

Admission pathways Applicants can apply for this course using Year 12 qualifications, previous higher education study, TAFE/VET qualifications, or through adult entry (STAT/Foundation Studies/tertiary preparation course). For applicants using their SACE (Year 12) results (or equivalent), entry is subject to achieving a minimum selection rank of 60. Applicants who do not meet the University’s minimum entry requirements may still be considered for admission subject to meeting certain conditions. Applicants will start in the TAFE component and upon completing the equivalent of a Certificate III/Diploma (for example) applicants will have their University offer confirmed. Choosing your preferences When choosing your preferences through SATAC, other Flinders degrees you might want to include in your list are: Bachelor of Creative Arts (Costume Design) Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts) Bachelor of Arts.
