The term 'Training and Development' describes the intersection of adult education and training with individual and organisational development. As such, this hybrid-type course provides cross-disciplinary expertise in the fields of education and business.
Entry Requirements

Successful applicants to this 144 credit point course are granted 96 credit points of Advanced Standing at the time of admission based on a combination of formal education and work-based learning. This course may not be undertaken concurrently with, or upon successful completion of, UNE Bachelor of Organisational Leadership.

A candidate shall:

(a) hold an AQF Level 7 Bachelor qualification or overseas equivalent in a relevant area*; or

(b) hold an AQF Level 6 Advanced Diploma qualification in a relevant area* from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and at least three years' relevant professional experience**; or

(c) hold an AQF Level 5 Diploma qualification in a relevant area* from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and at least four years' relevant professional experience**; or

(d) have relevant professional development/training activities equivalent to 2400 hours (the applicant is required to provide a portfolio of evidence and a summary of face-to-face and private study hours) and at least five years' relevant professional experience** which is deemed to be equivalent to Admission Rule (a), (b) or (c).
