Clothing and PPE Requirements: Hat, water bottle and workplace appropriate clothing: long pants, or long shorts, enclosed shoes, sleeved shirt.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification required by the Training Package, however CDU requires students to:

• Have access to a basic production kit, including a sound recording device, vision recording device and a lighting device.
• Undertake an LLN assessment to determine individuals support requirements, if applicable

To gain entry into AHC40920 Certificate IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management it is advisable that students either:

• Complete AHC31420 Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management, its equivalent or a relevant qualification; or
• Be employed within the conservation industry

Students will need to demonstrate an appropriate level of language, literacy and numeracy skills to undertake this program. Students are required to wear enclosed shoes during the program and any further PPE required is provided by the team.

• Completed AHC40920 Certificate IV in Conservation and Ecosystem Management or a relevant qualification; or
• Be employed within the conservation industry
• Access to suitable workplace to undertake workplace-based assessments and demonstrate ongoing application of skills and knowledge
• An equivalent Australian Year 12 certificate
